Around and About is a production of WUTC. The program highlights events and people in the community. Our reporters interview guests that can impact your life or simply entertain you. The concert calendar airs every Friday with a look at what's happening around town in the music scene. Around and About airs at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday following state news and sports from the Tennessee Radio Network. Around and About is immediately followed by headlines from the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Each weekday morning following Around & About, at approximately 10:15 am ET, WUTC is now presenting a news roundup produced by the Chattanooga Times Free Press. Sean Phipps, the audio voice of the local newspaper, will provide highlights of stories of regional interest that are featured in that morning's newspaper.

Sean Phipps should be a recognizable name to many WUTC members. For many years, Sean worked at WUTC as the local host of Morning Edition.
