Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise is a non-profit organization geared towards helping Chattanooga families with purchasing a home. The organization is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and to commemorate the anniversary, CNE has created a video contest for anyone living in Chattanooga to enter. It's called "My Neighborhood Rocks." Garrett Crowe has more on the story.
