New 'Popup' Businesses Offer Bagels, Battles & More

RiverCity's Project Popup retail incubator brought new businesses to Chestnut Street, including restaurants, art stores and a video game center where customers can spar on consoles with giant, immersive screens.  The grand opening celebration happens Friday, September 21st.
