RULES:  5-DAY WESTERN CARIBBEAN CRUISE SWEEPSTAKES

Fall 2010 5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise Sweepstakes

Eligibility:  NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  The Fall 2010 5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, except employees of WUTC and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the immediate families or household members of each.  The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am EST on September 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm ETS on September 30, 2010 (Sweepstakes period).  Any eligible individual who contributes $52 or more to WUTC during the Sweepstakes period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.  To enter without making a contribution, visit WUTC Studios at 725 Oak Street, Room 104, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37403.  Complete a Sweepstakes entry form with complete name, address, and day/evening phone number.  Regardless of method of entry, only one (1) entry per person/per household.  Duplicate entries will be disqualified.  All entries become the property of WUTC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize: One (1) winner (plus his/her guest) will receive the following prize (Value:  $2,000):

5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise aboard the Carnival Inspiration

Ocean view Suite with balcony

Visit to Grand Cayman, Grand Cayman Islands

Visit to Cozumel, Mexico

Rate includes taxes, fees, gratuities, and insurance

Trip must be booked by October 1, 2011.  Winner will be presented with a gift certificate, valued at $2,000, to be presented to Lookout Travel for a 5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise.  Prize is not redeemable for cash.  Any changes in rates or upgrades in excess of the original $2,000 prize will be the responsibility of the winner.  Winner and his/her guest must depart from the Carnival Inspiration port in Tampa, Florida.  Transportation to and from port in Tampa, Florida is not the responsibility of WUTC or the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  It is the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest.  Winner will be responsible for all expenses not specifically included herein, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Selection of Winner:  Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2010 (from among all eligible entries) conducted by a representative of WUTC, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Winner will be notified by telephone or mail on or around October 1, 2010, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize.  Winner will be required to claim prize within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
