A group of volunteers has drastically reduced the number of animals killed each month at the animal control shelter in Cleveland, TN. They call themselves Cleveland For A No Kill City, and they say if you just give the public a chance to adopt animals, they will.

You probably have a Facebook account. All your friends have Facebook profiles. Your parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles have accounts. But does your dog have a Facebook profile? How about your neighbor's cat?

Wallaceville School was built in 1952 as an elementary school for African-American kids in Chickamauga, Georgia. Eventually, it was shut down and auctioned off as private property. Amy Boortz bought the place a few years ago to fix it up a little. Now, it's filled with life again. But this time, the little ones have tails.
