Drive past the Oakwood Cafe in Dalton - and you’ll see a mural taking shape on one of its walls.

The artist on her ladder who is bringing the mural to life is Mayelli Meza.

She came to the Dalton area with her family from Mexico a generation ago - and her work can be found around town.
