The crisis in affordable housing is a top concern across the country, including here in Chattanooga and Hamilton County.

In this area, home inventory is low and home prices keep rising rapidly.

For more than thirty years, the nonprofit Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise has helped families navigate the homebuying process to become lifelong homeowners.

CNE has interviewed candidates for Hamilton County Mayor on how they would handle the housing crisis - posting video of the interviews online.

Martina Guilfoil is CNE’s President and CEO.
