Chattamatters: Invest Chattanooga, An Affordable Housing Fund

If local housing developers here in Chattanooga are willing to build affordable units, they may soon have a new option to get funding: a revolving loan tied to the City of Chattanooga.

William Newlin of Chattamatters explains how the program would work, if the City Council approves it.
