In communities around the Cumberland Plateau, life under COVID-19 has complicated how to feed people in need.
But a partnership in Sewanee is meeting that challenge.
Thanks to a donation from the Rotary Club, the Community Action Committee - the outreach ministry of Otey Memorial Parish Church - uses a tray sealer machine to freeze repurposed food from the University of the South - and then distribute that food safely during the pandemic.
