NoonTunes is on the move - in more ways than one - in downtown Chattanooga.
This year, the weekly concert series will be held at Noon on Fridays - starting Friday, September 8th through Friday, October 27th - in a new location: Broad Street in the Riverfront District, with a new mini-street festival for each concert.
