The annual First Amendment Dinner hosted by the Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga featured guest speaker Morris Dees from the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Each year the dinner provides an opportunity for the community to thank U.S. Military Veterans for their service and opens a discussion with the community on the rights and responsibilities associated with the Constitution of the United States of America. In this segment I spoke with Morris Dees about civil rights, hate speech and the First Amendment.
