WUTC Adding 'Invisibilia' and 'Snap Judgment' Saturday Afternoons

Jun 27, 2016

Glynn Washington hosts Snap Judgment.

With Michael Feldman's Whad'ya Know? ending, changes are coming to WUTC 88.1 FM's Saturday lineup. Starting July 2, Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! will move to the 11 a.m. to noon slot, and two new programs will be broadcast:

Saturdays, noon to 1 p.m.: Snap Judgment, the smoking-hot new public radio show that straps audiences into an audio rollercoaster. Dramatic tales, killer beats and the edgiest new talent in storytelling come together for a weekly radio hour hosted by Glynn Washington.

Saturdays, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Invisibilia, a limited-run NPR series that explores the invisible forces shaping human behavior — things like ideas, beliefs, assumptions and emotions. The show is co-hosted by a trio of NPR's award-winning journalists — Alix Spiegel, Lulu Miller and Hanna Rosin — who have roots at This American Life, Radiolab and The Atlantic.
