Meet A Bagpiper Who Plays Near The UTC Campus

Most weekdays, you might hear the notes of bagpipes emanating from the Citizen Cemetery near our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

The bagpiper works for UTC as a senior instructional designer - and you can trace his family back to Scotland.

Our own Josh Nelson introduces us to him.
