Next week, a leading conference on rural education in this country comes to Chattanooga.
The National Forum to Advance Rural Education will be held Thursday, November 16th and Friday, November 17th at the Chattanooga Convention Center - a gathering of national experts, practitioners in K-through-12 and higher education, top researchers, policymakers and philanthropic leaders.
Hosting the conference: the National Rural Education Association and the Rural Schools Collaborative - in partnership with the Tennessee Rural Education Association and our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, part of the University of Tennessee System.
Randy Boyd, President of the UT System, will give the welcome on the first day of the conference.
