This weekend here in Chattanooga: Dia del Nino.

On Saturday, starting at Noon, ELLA Library - the community arts organization in the East Lake neighborhood - will host the family-friendly celebration, along with the nonprofit Culture Chatt, at East Lake Park at 3000 34th St.
