The Privateer Yacht Club was founded in 1940 with the mission of promoting sailing in the region.
Sailing lessons are available with the Privateer Yacht Club through the Chattanooga State Continuing Education Catalog. Rabbit Zielke and Robin Higgins from WUTC joined instructor Brian Holloway on Lake Chickamauga for a short sailing lesson.
