Each spring and fall, the Meacham Writers’ Workshop showcases writers, steered by our campus: the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

The Meacham for this spring runs from Wednesday, March 20th through Saturday, March 23rd - with events on campus and beyond here in Chattanooga.

Sybil Baker is a professor in English here at UTC - and the director of the Meacham Writers’ Workshop.

Christina Catherine Martinez - the Spring 2024 Meacham Fellow - is a writer, actor, filmmaker, art critic and comedian who lives in Los Angeles.

Hannah Ritter - a creative writing major here at UTC - is managing editor of “Sequoya Review” - the undergraduate journal on our campus.
