Creative Arts Guild

(aired Thu 10/28/21) Día de los Muertos - or Day of the Dead - is a Latin American tradition, mostly observed in Mexico, that honors the dead with festivals and celebrations.

It falls on November 1st and 2nd each year - but tomorrow evening, the Creative Arts Guild in Dalton, Georgia will host its annual celebration, starting at 6 PM.

Amanda Brown is the Guild’s executive director - and Mayelli Meza is an artist and muralist in the Dalton area.
