Ella Livingston was born in Ghana, in West Africa - and came to this country at the age of three.

She attended Spelman College in Atlanta - and moved to Chattanooga in 2016.

Today, Ella is the founder and owner of Cocoa Asante, a chocolate company whose confections are made with cacao sourced directly from Ghana.

Our conversation with Ella is the first in a series over the next few days in partnership with CO.LAB for National Entrepreneur Week.
