The Latin American Dialogues Speakers Series returns to campus tomorrow - with a talk by Dr. Jon Horne Carter, associate professor of anthropology at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.

His book is titled: “Gothic Sovereignty: Street Gangs and Statecraft in Honduras” - and his talk begins at 5:30 PM in the Chattanooga Room at the University Center on our campus.

Edward Brudney is assistant professor of history - and Emma McDonell is assistant professor of anthropology - at UTC.
