Spring has sprung - and so have the festivals.

The 4 Bridges Arts Festival - Chattanooga’s premier showcase for the visual arts, presented by the Association for Visual Arts - returns to a fully live event at the First Horizon Pavilion on Saturday, April 9th and Sunday, April 10th.
