The forecast for this weekend for Sculpture Fields at Montague Park in Chattanooga: kites - colossal and colorful kites.

Sculptures in the Sky - the free kite event for the community - returns to the Park on Saturday from Noon to 5 PM, with the theme of “Let Courage Soar,” recognizing essential workers - after the unveiling of a new sculpture, titled “Courage,” that morning.

Plenty of room to roam for kite stunts and battles, free kites for children while supplies last, dogs, music, food trucks - and more.

River City Kites is partnering with Sculpture Fields for Sculptures in the Sky.

Chuck Jones is the owner of River City Kites - and Jim Jagels is part of the ambassador board for Sculpture Fields.
