Resilient Communities For The Age Of Climate Change

Part of a bridge in the Thrive region.
Thrive Regional Partnership

“Resilient.”

We hear that word a lot when we talk about the effects of climate change - and what to do about them.

Residents in Tennessee and Georgia are now participating in a pilot program called “Resilient Communities” - steered by Thrive Regional Partnership and the Open Space Institute.

Among the communities in the program: South Chattanooga, Dalton, Spring City and South Pittsburg.

I spoke with Rhett Bentley and John Bilderback with Thrive - and Joel Houser with the Open Space Institute.
