For Dolly Parton’s birthday on Friday, the Chattanooga Public Library and Signal Centers are celebrating from … you guessed it: 9 to 5.

“Reading 9 to 5” is a Dolly-themed takeover at the Library on Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM that highlights literacy and the singer’s Imagination Library - a book gifting program that mails free books to children from birth until they begin school in participating areas.

Christina Sacco is with the Chattanooga Public Library.

Reagan de la Torre is volunteer coordinator at Signal Centers - and coordinator for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Hamilton County.
