Sometimes, our native wildlife find themselves in dangerous situations: nests fall from trees, possums lose their parents, hawks encounter cars. That's where what are known as “wildlife rehabbers” step in.

But the life of a rehabber is not what you'd expect - as we learn in “Backyard Rescue,” the next story from “Greater Chattanooga” by our public media partner WTCI PBS.

Catch “Backyard Rescue” from "Greater Chattanooga" - available online this week on YouTube and at greaterchattanooga.org.
