A bequest from a will or living trust lets you make a gift of any size to WUTC through the University of Chattanooga Foundation free of estate tax.

Welcome to Planned Giving

Making a planned gift is a wonderful way to show your support and appreciation for WUTC while achieving your own personal, financial, estate-planning and philanthropic goals. With smart planning, you may actually increase the size of your estate and/or reduce the tax burden on your heirs. Just as important, you will know that you have made a meaningful contribution to WUTC.

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath ($DOLLARS or PERCENTAGE OF ESTATE) to the University of Chattanooga Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization (Federal Tax ID #62-0476521).
