Robyn Carlton moved from Atlanta to Chattanooga on a dare, but that move continues to pay dividends today. As Executive Director of the Lookout Mountain Conservancy (LMC). Robyn has guided the organization's efforts to conserve nature, develop trails, and connect people to the land. However, it is her relationship with Howard School and its students that has distinguished LMC's work and has formed lasting ties to the community.
On this episode, Robyn talks about how she connects young people to the land to help them find their purpose in high school, their community, and beyond. She has strived to keep the work of the LMC relevant by focusing not just on the land, but also on people and relationships.
