Who was Bill Lewis in 19th Century Chattanooga?

He was an African-American blacksmith who came to the city when it was still known as Ross’ Landing.

On Saturday at 2 PM, Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park will present a virtual program about Lewis.
