Steve Olson is a veteran of the U.S. military who now works in higher education - at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

He is Program Manager and Recruiter for the Cybersecurity Workforce Development Certificate program at UNC Charlotte, part of a consortium of universities - including our own campus here at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga - that offers the program, with support from the National Security Agency.

Steve talks about how the program at UNC Charlotte helps veterans and first responders to enter the field of cybersecurity.
