WUTC Contest Rules

How to Enter

Entries are accepted according to the specific contest requirements. All entries must include all requested information, which may include your name, address, phone number, email, and any other details specified in the contest instructions. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

Open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older.
WUTC employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
Only one winner per household or immediate family per 30-day period.

Winner Selection

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries.
Five alternates may also be selected in case the original winner cannot claim the prize.
WUTC will notify winners by phone, email, or mail. WUTC is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed communications.
If a winner does not meet eligibility requirements or cannot claim the prize, WUTC may select another winner at random.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
Winners are responsible for all taxes, tips, and other liabilities associated with the prize.
Acceptance of prizes may be time-sensitive; prizes not claimed in the specified timeframe may be forfeited with no replacement.
Tickets left for will-call or pickup are the responsibility of the venue, and WUTC is not liable for lost tickets or venue errors.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow WUTC to use their name, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Use of Contact Information

By entering this contest, participants consent to allow WUTC to use their contact information, including email address, to send future communications, newsletters, or promotions. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the messages. WUTC will not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless WUTC, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and all officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or the use of the prize. WUTC reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

Changes

WUTC reserves the right to modify contest rules or substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. Changes take effect upon announcement.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or donation is required to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Final Decision

All decisions by WUTC management regarding contest rules, winner selection, and prize awards are final. By entering, participants agree to abide by these decisions.
