Kim White On Her New Leadership Role Here At UTC

For Kim White, the story has come full circle here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Last month, Kim joined UTC as its new vice chancellor for development and alumni affairs - and executive director of the University of Chattanooga Foundation.

A first-generation college graduate and an alum of this university, she has held leadership roles at UTC and within the UT System for nearly twenty years.

Most recently, Kim served as president and CEO of River City Company - the economic development nonprofit for downtown Chattanooga - stepping down to run for Chattanooga Mayor last year.

Just before the holidays, she visited our studio.
