“Tactical Images” Reaches Beyond Barriers At Hart Gallery

A new tactile art exhibition in downtown Chattanooga uses technology to help people with blindness or other visual impairments to experience the art.

The exhibition, “Tactical Images Six Art Movements,” is on display at Signal Centers’ Hart Gallery - free and open to the public until Saturday, May 20th.

Courtney Chandler is the gallery’s director.
