It’s a saying attributed to many people, from quantum physicist Niels Bohr to baseball’s Yogi Berra - and it goes something like this, quote: “It is difficult to make predictions, especially about the future.”

We still make predictions about tomorrow, anyway - if only to make better sense of today.

Federal Focus is a signature event from the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce - presented by EPB - that dives into how what’s happening in Washington affects local businesses in this corner of Tennessee and across the state.

This year’s Focus is Tuesday, August 15th at The Signal, with networking at 8:15 AM and the program at 9 AM - featuring U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn, Congressman Chuck Fleischmann and Rob Engstrom, CEO and founder of Wolfe Street Partners.

Justin Groenert is the Chamber’s vice president of public policy.
