Is it a comedy?

Or a romance?

The answer is: Yes.

“The Winter’s Tale” is one of William Shakespeare’s later plays - and it includes the stage direction: “Exit - pursued by a bear.”

Scenic City Shakespeare brings the play to Greenway Farm in Hixson in October, on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 7:30 PM.

Emma Collins is the production director.

Amanda Medlin plays the Queen, Hermione.

Quentin McCuiston plays the King, Leontes.
