Answering The Calls: Hamilton County EMS Director John Miller

John Miller
Hamilton County EMS
John Miller

John Miller joined Hamilton County EMS more than thirty years ago - only a few years after the County established its own service.

Over time, John rose through the ranks - and in 2020, he was named the County’s EMS Director.

Last fall, Hamilton County added its 17th ambulance to its fleet of EMS vehicles to help lower emergency response times.

Also, under County Mayor Weston Wamp, compensation for EMS employees is up by an average of 13 percent after years of low pay hindered the ability to hire and retain qualified employees.

Before the holiday break, John Miller stopped by our studio.
