We know far more about mental health now than we did seventy-five years ago this month - when Mental Health Awareness Month was first observed in this country.
On Saturday, the City of Chattanooga - and The ManKind Project - are hosting Men’s Mental Health Matters Chattanooga, for men and boys, downtown in Miller Park from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Also on hand at the event: the nonprofit Be the Change Youth Initiative.
I spoke with Brandon Clift of The ManKind Project - and Sydney Guerrette of Be the Change.
