Lessons In Empathy Through Learning With The Arts

Garry Posey
UTC
Garry Posey

(Aired Tues 10/22/24)

Garry Posey is a storyteller who knows his way around a theater - and how to bring a theater to new spaces.

You name it, he’s done it - from on stage to backstage, and everything in between.

In 2007, he founded Ensemble Theatre of Chattanooga, committed to compensating all its artists and developing a professional regional theatre that pays a living wage.

A Chattanooga native, Garry is one of the Wolf Trap teaching artists at the Arts-Based Collaborative here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga: abc@utc.
