No Thank You John is the moniker for audio/visual artist John Cotton. No Thank You John distills memories, samples, synthesized sound, light waves and human voice into potent sonic elixirs capable of providing temporary relief from the ailments of life debuting in 2015 with the ep Crooked House.

In 2023, Cotton went on tour for the first time and recorded his first full length record Time I’ve Wasted on a 4-track cassette recorder, now streaming on your favorite platforms or available on cassette directly from the artist.

In 2024 No Thank You John appeared live in the form of a trio for WUTC 88.1’s Live at the Library radio show and once more doubled down on a songwriting stent to bring to life a second LP in two years: Apotheosis
