Greenspaces is developing eco-friendly next-generation homesthat could allow residents to never pay an electric bill. Through solar panels, the homes could produce more energy than the homeowners consume. The first will be built at 631 Hamilton Avenue on Chattanooga's North Shore.
On July 18th, there will be a bike tour of the site and a listing party. The bike tour will leave the Crash Padat 9:45 a.m., and the listing party will take place 11:30 am to 3 pm at the Crash Pad.
