‘Community Listening Session’ Asks for Local Feedback on UTC

What’s on your mind? UTC wants to know.

A “Community Listening Session” is being held at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on Jan. 31 from 4:30-6 p.m. EST. The event is open to the public and will provide community members an opportunity to share their UTC experiences and to express their hopes for the future of the university.

“Our university treasures our relationship with the Greater Chattanooga community. This is an important opportunity for us to hear directly from our community. We need to know what is going well, and where can we do better,” said Dr. Steven Angle, UTC Chancellor.

“UTC is very much a product of our community. Throughout our history, we have been shaped by Chattanooga’s opportunities, challenges and aspirations. I look forward to hearing from our stakeholders and partners at this event.”

Questions about the event should be addressed to David Steele, director of civic engagement, at david-steele@utc.edu.
