Jim Brown, State Director for the NFIB, says it wasn’t a quick decision figuring out who to endorse in Tennessee’s gubernatorial race. The National Federation of Independent Businesses is a political advocacy group for small business owners with 6,000 members in this state and around 325,000 members nationwide. But ultimately, the NFIB chose Republican Bill Lee—who is an NFIB member himself—over Democrat Karl Dean. The announcement was made in Chattanooga at Ruby Falls.
