Previously, we spoke with Chuck Fleischmann,the Republican incumbent running for re-election. Today, we’re speaking with Dr. Mitchell, his Democratic opponent. She’s a Chattanooga physician. The district she seeks to represent includes Hamilton and Bradley county.
