Sierra Hull, Chuck Mead & Many More Americana Artists at 11/17 Cumberland Trail Benefit
The Crossing the Cumberlands concert is coming up November 17 at the Tivoli with around 30 Americana artists performing. It’s a benefit for the development of the Cumberland Trail and the protection of the natural resources along the 300-mile corridor.
Bob Fulcher joins us to talk about it. He’s the Park Manager of the Cumberland State Scenic Trail, and he’s very knowledgeable about the music of this region. Fulcher is a folklorist who started the groundbreaking Tennessee State Parks Folklife Project.
