A Virtual Home For 4 Bridges Arts Festival

This year’s 4 Bridges Arts Festival - presented each year by the Association for Visual Arts, or AVA, here in Chattanooga - starts online on Thursday, through a smartphone app.

Sarah Moore is the festival’s director - and Jennifer Lewis is executive director of AVA.
