Over the summer, I had the chance to speak with someone who will tell you plenty about the Volunteer State of Tennessee, especially its history and its food.
Lynne Drysdale Patterson is a singer, songwriter - and the author of the book “Taproots of Tennessee: Historic Sites and Timeless Recipes.”
You might recognize her song, “Trails of Tennessee.”
In fact, Lynne’s songs have been recorded on Grammy and Dove Award-winning records by artists such as Ricky Skaggs, Greater Vision and Lord Song.
