On Modernists In Mexico, A Century Ago

“Crossing Borders” is the title of the third and final part of the Latin American Dialogues Speaker Series here at UTC.

This time, the speaker will be Dr. Monica Bravo of the California College of the Arts, who will examine exchanges between modernists from the United States and Mexico in Mexico City during the 1920’s and 1930’s.

Her virtual talk will begin on Wednesday at 4:30 PM on Zoom.

Joining us from UTC are the organizers of the Dialogues series - Edward Brudney, assistant professor of history and Emma McDonell, visiting professor of anthropology - along with Olivia Wolf, assistant professor of art history.
