Here in the Chattanooga area, a few free celebrations for the Fourth of July will be in full swing the evening before.
On Wednesday, Pops on the River - which was not held last year because of a lack of funding - returns to downtown Chattanooga, starting at 4:30 PM in Coolidge Park with patriotic music and fireworks for the finale.
