This weekend, cars - and car aficionados - are revving up downtown Chattanooga.
The Chattanooga Motorcar Festival - one of the top auto events nationwide - returns to the West Village, this Friday through Sunday.
The Festival, presented by DeFoor Brothers, is more than a showcase - it raises money for neuroscience research.
