On Friday evening, the lighted boat parade returns to the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga.
It begins at 7 PM - after Chattanooga Green and Ross’ Landing host Reindeer on the Riverfront starting at 4 PM - before fireworks at 8 PM.
