This weekend, the 4 Bridges Arts Festival here in Chattanooga will celebrate its silver anniversary.
Dozens of visual artists from far and wide will be at the 25th annual festival - presented by the Association for Visual Arts - at First Horizon Pavilion on Saturday, April 12th and Sunday, April 13th with a preview party on Friday, April 11th.
